About us

At Casa Rosalía we take care of every detail so that our guests feel at home, Casa Rosalía Rural Cottage, is located in the toy city, Ibi.

Composed of 3 beautiful apartments located in a beautiful town house built in 1900 and restored maintaining its charm and character. Each apartment has been restored with a careful attention to detail and thinking that they have everything necessary to make guests feel at home. Once inside, the magic of the house surrounds you and infects you with its joy, comfort and style. It is ideal for everyone who wants to enjoy a magical stay in a spacious and cozy place.

What they offer

The peace that is breathed, the sun that floods the rooms and that “I don’t know what”, that makes you not want to leave … will make your stay in the house an unforgettable experience.

The house can be booked complete, with capacity for 12 people, or by independent apartments. We have three apartments:

• CA LA MARE: capacity for 2/4 people. It consists of a double room with an en-suite bathroom, a living room / kitchen with a sofa bed, fully equipped and a bathroom with an additional shower.
• CA L’ABUELA: capacity for 4/6 people. It consists of two double rooms, plus a sofa bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet and fully equipped living room / kitchen
• LA CABANYETA: It occupies the attic of the house. It consists of a bedroom with two single beds, which can be converted into a King Size bed. Bathroom with shower, equipped living room / kitchen and a sunny terrace.

They all have central heating. La Cabanyeta also has air conditioning. The rest of the house is very cool in summer, as it has old walls that preserve it from the heat. For the comfort of our guests, ceiling fans are placed in the bedrooms.

How to arrive

Casa Rosalía is located in the old town of Ibi, two minutes from the Vintage Arcade Video Game Museum, the Toy Museum and theMuseum of Biodiversity. Very close to good restaurants and cafes that we will recommend upon arrival if you need it. It is a quiet neighborhood, inhabited by simple and pleasant people. A few meters away we have the church of the “Transfiguración” and the old area with the “Museo de la Festa” and its steep and narrow streets. We also have the hermitages of Santa Llúcia and Sant Miquel, which can also be reached on foot. In addition, just a few steps away you will find the Plaza de los Reyes Magos, the only one in the world with a monument dedicated to these magical characters.

At about 300 m. we have the city center, with the Central Market (declared an Excellent Market) where you can buy high quality fresh products. We also have a multitude of playgrounds nearby for children to enjoy like dwarfs. It is worth a route to discover them.

And if what you like is the mountain, you cannot miss a walk through the Barranc dels Molins, it is very close to the house and can be reached on foot in a beautiful and pleasant walk of about 20 minutes through an area full of surprises, such as the laundry that dates back to 1903. It really is worth seeing. Once inside the Barranco, you will find several old flour mills and an unforgettable landscape accompanied by the noise of the water that circulates through the ditches that run through the entire ravine.

Ibi is an ideal place for hiking, mountain biking, as well as cultural tourism, shopping, and … of course, trying good gastronomy in any of the great restaurants and bars associated with the provincial association Alicante Interior tourism. Interior Costa Blanca.

Casa Rosalía is located a few km by car from the Ciudad de los Puentes, Alcoy, also called the Christmas City and the cradle of the Moors and Christians Festival. Be sure to visit this city! You can also enjoy the best beaches in the Valencian community since in about 30 minutes by car you have a wide range of blue flag beaches.

About us

Its facade has turned it into a badge of the city, since it holds a mural in wrought iron that reflects the feeling of the festivities of Moors and Christians. Tanto el hotel como el edificio de enfrente se construyeron al mismo tiempo como edificios gemelos que guardaban el puente San Jordi. Different coastal cities such as Gandía are 40 km away.

The city of Alcoy is 10 km away. We adapt the route to your needs, we pick you up and take you as many times as you need. The towns that we most frequently cover in our hotel transport service are: Alcoy, Cocentaina, Ontinyent and Albaida, for other towns check with the hotel.
