Círculo Industrial

Institution created in 1868 by the industrial bourgeoisie of Alcoy. It is a building whose façade -modernist style with a certain Viennese influence- was designed by Timoteo Briet in 1904. Bees represent the work of industrialists and muses to artists. Hanging circles, wrought iron balconies, and sezession-patterned stuccoes appear. Inside there are different decorated spaces in which the sezession, art deco and art nouveau styles are present, and the Library and the Rotunda Hall stand out, under which is the Grotto (built by V. Pascual in 1896).

Hours: Mornings from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Tickets: Free admission.
